The clients date of birth is checked by the system to confirm they over the age of 18 years.

Account Holders Subscription To Our Online Video Courses:	If the account holder has a subscription ot the video course they will still be able to access the system until there subscription runs out then all data Will be completely destroyed and cannot be retrieved.
Account Holders Members Points:	All points given for readings and courses purchased are part of a bonus scheme operated by The Official Site Of Lee Weaver and incur no cost to the client. Once the account is closed them points become null and void due the fact the points are bonus scheme for account holders only.
Account Holders Referral Programme:	Any monies owing to the account holder will be paid with a pdf invoice of what is owed upto the date of closure of the account. Any refferals recieved after the date of closure of the account will not be fullfilled.

Conduct	During a consultation the psychic realises your situaton or reason for the consultation maybe causing you some distress, however, contunuous misconduct cannot and will not be tolerated, this includes Bad Language Verbal Abuse. During the consultation if the psychic finds this is happening, the consultation will be immediatly terminated and any remaining minutes refunded.
Health And Wellbeing	During a consultation if the psychic finds that you the client are under the infleunce of: Alchohol Drugs Under UK Law and Leglistation no person under the influence of alchohol or drugs can participate in a pwsychic consultation. If the psychic feels you the client are showing symptoms of being under the influence then the reading will be terinated and agreed to either rearrange or refund the client the remaining minutes.

Subscriptions	This a subscription based service which either runs on a non recurring pay per month basis or on a recurring pay per month basis.

Points Reward	Every time you the client book and fulfill a consultation you the client will recieve the equivalent of 1 point for every pound spent. Once accumalated these can be used to book readings and course consultations.
Points Reward Expiry	As long as you the clients account remains open and active the points will not expire. Once your account is closed those points become null and void.

Points Expiry	As long as you the clients account remains open and active monies accumalated from referals will be paid on a monthly basis. Once your account is closed any referral monies owing before the date of closure of the account will be paid and any consultations will be fulfilled. Any refferals recieved after the closure date of the account will be fulfilled but no money for the referral will be paid.

Minutes Expiry	As long as you the clients account remains open and active the clients minutes will remain until used. Once your account is closed those minutes not used and will be refunded.
