18 in the United Kingdom are restricted from recieving a psychic
consultation.
The booking form restricts any one under the age of 18 from booking an
appointment.
If at any point during the consultation it is suspected you the client
are under the age of 18 I reserve the right to stop the consultation and
issue a refund.

The term for entertainment only simply means that the information you
recieve is for your guidance and entertainment only. You accept
responsibility to make your own decisions based on the information and
guidance recieved.

During the consultation you may ask questions on Legal, Health and
Financial matters. The guidance your recieve from the consultation is
for guidance only you must always consult a professional advisor before
making any decisions.

Consultation |
A consultation can be heart warming and very healing, however under
United Kingdom Law no one under the influence of drugs or alchohol may
have a
psychic consultation. If it is supsected you the client are under the
influence by way of:
Becoming Abusive
Behaving Erractically
You the client may not be under the influence but the law states that
this behaviour suggests otherwise and the following procedures are in
place:
I reserve the right to stop the reading and issue a refund.
I reserve the right to stop the reading and rebook the appointment at a
later time.
I reserve the right to stop the reading and issue a partial refund based
on the minutes already accumalated.

| Payment |
Payment can be made via Credit or Debit Card via Paypal or Barclays
Secure Server. Payment over the phone by Credit and Debit Card can also
be taken. All Major Credit and Debit Cards are accepted.

Rearrange a reading is easy by just filling in our online form. Please
note I require 24 hours notice before your appointment to rearrange the
booking.

| Refunding A Reading |
A consultation is a service. At any time you the client do not feel we
have a connection I will stop the consultation and refund you the client
for the minutes not accumalated. It is you the clients responsibility to
understand the information and express your concerns in a kind manner if
the information recieved is not accurate to your knowledge.
By your knowledge we mean validation of your own life which you know
exactly is accurate for me to get a connection.
