1.The reading is for entertainment only.

All readings are for your entertainment only. This means that the reading interpretation will be explained if needed however outcomes are based purely on your decision alone based on the guidance in the consultation.

All guidance on medical, finance or legal situations will be given but you must always seek professional advice. Psychic consultations are not substitutes for professional advice from experts in their given field.

2.All clients must be over the age of 18.

Under Uk Laws no person under the age of 18 can have a psychic consultation. The booking form asks for your date of birth for psychic connection purposes, however if it is suspected at the time of the consultation the client is under the age of 18, the consultation will be stopped and money refunded immediatley.

3.Client conduct.

During consultations it is understandable that you the client may get emotional, however what is not acceptable is contunious abusive behaviour, if at anytime this happens and continues the consutlation will be cancelled and money refunded for the minutes that are owed.

Consultations can not be conducted with clients who under the influence of alchohol or substances. The spiritual messengers will not talk around the energy and in most cases you would be waisting your money. If it is found to be this case the client can ask for reschedule of the appointment or cancellation.

5. Cancelling an appointment.

All consultations must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the consultation. Cancellation after this time carries a 5% of the service fee charge.

6. Refunds.

If at the start of the consultation no connection can be established then a full refund wil be issued. No refunds will be issued after the consultation has been conducted.
